“Five Truths for Thinking About Difficult People” is a blog-post-turned-book written by Kris Plachy, CEO of Leadership Coach, Inc., and popular LinkedIn blogger. Five Truths is written around five “invitations” designed to challenge the reader’s thinking about how to handle coworkers they perceive as difficult people, and therefore difficult to work with. It is an exercise in helping people expand their understanding for one another in the often stressful workplace environment.
Kris had originally written the content of Five Truths as a blog post which gained over 30,000 views on LinkedIn. She contacted me because she wanted to expand the content to be able to flesh out a roughly 30 page book, filled with simple illustrations that express her concepts.
